Ronald Haposan Sinaga, or familiarly called "Ronald Sinaga" was appointed as the Acting Director which refers to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 31, 2025.

He completed his bachelor degree majoring in accounting from Indonesia University of Advent in 1986, and MBA degree in financial management from University of the East, The Philippines, in 1989.

He is a decorated banker which have been serving as advisor for several private agencies across Indonesia. He was also served as director for financing companies and also advisor to the BODs for various corporations. In 2024, he was appointed as the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of PT BIJB, before currently serves as the Acting Director.
