Direct Retrieval

Bring original ID / Passport of the reporter.
Show the Report Ticket Code (Ticket ID).
Show supporting proof (Photo of item/Boarding pass/Receipt).

Claim by Representative

Original Power of Attorney with stamp duty.
Photocopy of owner's ID & Representative's ID.
Show the Report Ticket Code (Ticket ID).
