The Regent of Majalengka Commits to Continuing Support for Kertajati Airport!

Majalengka, July 24, 2025 – The President Director of PT Bandarudara Internasional Jawa Barat (PT BIJB) paid an official visit to the Regent of Majalengka to strengthen synergy between Kertajati Airport and the local government.
VP Corporate Secretary Dian Nurrahman and Corporate Secretary Manager Imam Rasyidin accompanied President Director Muhamad Singgih during the visit.
The Regional Secretary of the Majalengka Regency Government was also present; the meeting served as a strategic step to align efforts in advancing Kertajati Airport as a key infrastructure asset for regional connectivity and economic growth.
During the visit, held at the Majalengka Regent's Official Residence (Pendopo) on July 23, 2025, the PT BIJB President Director and the Regent of Majalengka discussed various airport development potentials, including expanding flight route connectivity, enhancing supporting infrastructure, and promoting the region. PT BIJB remains fully committed to ongoing collaboration with all airport stakeholders and the local government.
Kertajati Airport, managed by operator Angkasa Pura Indonesia, ensures that airport operations run optimally and professionally while delivering positive impacts on the community.
The Regent of Majalengka welcomed PT BIJB's efforts, expressing full support and a readiness to collaborate with the company. The Regent also supports all endeavors and initiatives aimed at maximizing Kertajati Airport's role in driving regional economic progress.
Through this established synergy, it is hoped that Kertajati Airport will continue to develop into a major transportation and logistics hub in western Indonesia and stand as a symbol of successful cooperation between the Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD), the local government, and the airport operator.
